Sydney AerialAfter clearing Customs & Immigration, you will be met by your driver and transferred to your Sydney accommodation where you will stay for four nights. This afternoon, board your cruises vessel at Circular Quay to commence an afternoon Harbour Highlights cruise. Enjoy magnificent views of Sydney Harbour including the Opera House, Harbour Bridge, exclusive suburbs and Darling Harbour.

Day 4
Sydney Opera House

Sydney Opera House TourSee inside the world’s most recognizable sails and experience this miracle of architecture and engineering. A work of art that came into existence against impossible odds, to become one of the busiest performing arts centers in the world. Before or after your tour, please proceed to the Opera Kitchen and enjoy a three-tier gourmet tasting plate. Sit back and be spoilt for choice as you relish some of Sydney’s best cuisine and soak in the Sydney Harbour views.

Day 5
Blue Mountains

Blue MountainsThe Blue Mountains is a real journey into the heart of a unique World Heritage Region. The first stop on the tour is at Featherdale Wildlife Park. You can get up close and personal, stroke a koala and hand feed kangaroos, wallabies and emus. Then travel through picturesque villages, see spectacular views and waterfalls and enjoy some short walks to lookout points and hear about the unique Australian forest species. Your lunch venue is an experience in itself. With magnificent valley views you can enjoy your choice of tastes from a special menu while you chat with other guests and your guide. The afternoon is spent visiting a selection of scenic lookouts. The last stop is the delightful Mt Tomah Botanic Gardens where you stop to enjoy the sweeping views and enjoy a glass of sparkling wine or orange juice before travelling back to your hotel.

Sydney – Adelaide

Day 8
Barossa Valley

Barossa ValleyTravel in a small coach and enjoy a food and wine journey to South Australia’s premium wine region, the Barossa. Take time to sample some of the Barossa’s finest wines and gourmet food that makes this wine region so special. On this tour you will visit three cellar doors including the multi-tourism award winning Pindarie, and enjoy a delicious 2-course lunch at Lambert Estate.

Day 9
Adelaide -Kangaroo Island

Kangaroo Island Coast to CoastEnjoy a scenic coach trip through the Fleurieu Peninsula to Cape Jervis. On arrival board a ferry for the 45 minute crossing to Penneshaw on Kangaroo Island to join your coach tour. Your first stop will be Emu Ridge Eucalyptus Distillery to learn about the history of the oil distillery and take a guided tour, followed by the opportunity to purchase Eucalyptus products. Then travel to Vivonne Bay Bistro for a two course lunch. After lunch visit Seal Bay Conservation Park and enjoy a guided beach walk with a National Park Ranger amongst a breeding colony of wild and rare Australian Sea Lions. Your tour will then visit another amazing wildlife attraction, the In-flight Birds of Prey Display. Enjoy a delightful interactive experience and meet an array of birds and raptors. From here you will travel to Kangaroo Island Wildlife Park where you can get up close with koalas, see penguins swim and play, hand feed kangaroos and wallabies, learn about endangered species and interact with snakes, crocodiles and reptiles. You will then be transferred to your overnight accommodation. (L)

Day 10
Kangaroo Island – Adelaide

Kangaroo Island Remarkable RocksAfter morning hotel pick up your second day of touring begins with a visit to Clifford’s Honey Farm to enjoy an informative talk by the beekeeper followed by tastings and an opportunity to sample homemade honey ice-cream and honey beauty products. Next, travel to Hanson Bay Visitor Centre Cafe for a two course lunch. After lunch you have the chance to look for koalas nestled up in the eucalypts and see an abundance of native birdlife in the wildlife sanctuary. From here, travel to the western most part of the Island, Flinders Chase National Park. Travel through the park and enjoy breathtaking views of its unique trees, plants and coastal scenery. You will be taken to the rugged southern coastline for a walk around Remarkable Rocks and Admirals Arch. Your tour concludes at Penneshaw where you board the ferry to Cape Jervis before connecting with the coach to Adelaide.Tour concludes at approximately 10:40pm, at which time you will be dropped off at your hotel for a one night stay. Adelaide – Cairns – Port Douglas

Port Douglas BeachTransfer to Adelaide Airport for your flights up to Cairns. On arrival in Cairns, you will be transferred to Port Douglas for your five night stay.

Day 12
Great Barrier Reef

Great Barrier ReefTravel in air-conditioned comfort to a spacious reef activity platform moored in protective lagoons at the renowned Agincourt Reef, on the edge of the Great Barrier Reef. Explore the reef from the comfort of a semi-submersible, the underwater observatory or by snorkelng. A range of optional activities are available including up to two dives for certified divers. Novices can experience the magic of scuba with a qualified dive instructor or an Oceanwalker helmet dive. Guided snorkeling tours with a marine biologist and scenic helicopter flights over the reef are also available (all optional activities at own expense). Enjoy a delicious buffet lunch on board.

Day 13
Kuranda Rainforest

Kuranda SkyrailTravel to the Tjapukai Aboriginal Cultural Park where you will be greeted by an indigenous guide to discover the ancient culture through theaters, stage shows and demonstrations. Enjoy buffet lunch at Tjapukai before boarding the Skyrail Rainforest Cableway to Kuranda with stops along the way at Red Peak Station and Barron Falls Station. There is plenty of free time to explore the Village including the Heritage Markets which operates daily, the Australian Butterfly Sanctuary or Kuranda Koala Gardens (own expense). Board the Kuranda Scenic Railway to Cairns, and enjoy spectacular views as the train travels through 15 hand cut tunnels and past spectacular waterfalls. Stop at Barron Gorge to view the falls before arriving at Freshwater Station then transferring by coach to Port Douglas.
